Operation Tohidu® is a free, 5-day retreat program provided by Melwood Veterans Services.  It is for veterans or service members that have been diagnosed with or are self-identifying post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury, anxiety, depression or other service-related issues, including Military Sexual Trauma.

Since January 2017, we have had 16 retreats and served 154 participants: 64 male veterans, 80 female veterans and 13 spouses.   We have held 3 women’s retreats focusing specifically on Military Sexual Trauma. 48 of the 80 women veterans that we have served self-identify as being MST survivors.
